You Need The Best Possible Outcome
Although no amount of money can ever fully compensate for losses sustained by
life changing injuries, significant damages can ensure a future that is as
comfortable and secure as possible.

Making a Claim
Investigation – Gathering and carefully analysing all relevant evidence
is crucial at all stages of a claim.
Risk Assessment – By assessing all aspects of a case we are able to
make an informed and accurate evaluation of the chances of winning.
Interim Payments – We strive to ensure that our clients have no
financial worries and, wherever possible, claim substantial interim payments
to help until the final award. For example interim payments totalling
£950,000 were secured for a young tetraplegic , enabling him to pay for
alternative accommodation, care, equipment and transport prior to conclusion
of his claim.
