Richard Dawson

As an experienced solicitor with a thirty year history of handling serious personal injury claims I bring the reassurance of being in good hands. I have been a spinal injury specialist for fifteen years. I am a member of The Law Society Personal Injury Panel, a Senior Litigator – Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and am a Panel Solicitor for the Spinal Injuries Association.

To ensure the best possible outcome I undertake no more than twelve claims at any one time and deal with each one personally, whether the accident occurred in Great Britain or overseas.

Supported by an approachable and dedicated team, my clients are informed and involved through every stage of their claim.

I work with leading medical and other expert witnesses.

By adopting a straightforward approach I can assess a case quickly and effectively, giving honest and realistic advice.

I work closely with some of the UK's leading Spinal Injury Centres.
